Okay, so I have a few minutes and I am catching up on forgotten Blog posts. At the end of July we went to San Elijo camping for a weekend. This has now become our annual surf/camping trip with our Schoens :). We had such a wonderful time. Thanks to my bro and sis-in-law for loaning us the toy-hauler. We all used it in one way or another.
The swell came in that weekend and the boys were all smiles...I think it was 7 surf sessions in 3 days. Arms were definitely sore by the end of the weekend.
The kids got along great (of course). It was just what we all needed for a quick summer vacation.
These are special days to remember.
